All Is Well: ART

(Coming Soon!) Creativity, expression and wellbeing through making.

At All Is Well: ART, we believe creativity can give children another way to express themselves, explore emotions and build confidence.

Not every child finds it easy to talk about how they feel. Sometimes drawing, painting, creating, making, designing or imagining can provide a different and more accessible way to communicate thoughts, experiences and ideas.

ART is about the process, not creating a perfect finished product. There is no right way to be creative, and no expectation that children need to be "good at art".

There is no right way to be creative.

Children will be encouraged to explore ideas in ways that feel meaningful, enjoyable and authentic to them.

Children can be encouraged to explore ideas in ways that feel meaningful, enjoyable and authentic to them.

A picture doesn't have to look a certain way.

A piece of artwork doesn't have to have a particular meaning.

And creativity doesn't have to result in something that gets put on a wall.

Sometimes the value is simply in having the chance to make, experiment, choose, change your mind and enjoy the process.

Important Note

All Is Well: ART uses creative activities to support wellbeing, connection, communication and self-expression.

It is not Art Therapy and is not presented as a clinical therapeutic intervention.

Where creative activities are used alongside PAWS or PLAY, they form part of the wider All Is Well Approach and are adapted to the individual child and setting.

ART is Coming Soon

ART is currently being developed as part of the wider All Is Well Approach.

As the strand grows, we'll share new resources, creative ideas, workshops and opportunities to get involved.
