What We Offer
-

Wellbeing Sessions with Lola
Heartfelt, high impact support for children who need it most.
The All Is Well Approach offers gentle, trauma‑informed sessions that truly change lives.Through small‑group or 1:1 work alongside our Highly Commended Therapy Dog, Lola, children find a safe, nurturing space to explore emotions, build calm, and grow in confidence.
Lola does more than comfort — she co‑regulates. Her intuitive presence helps children feel safe enough to trust, express themselves, and begin rediscovering their sense of worth.
-

Play Wellbeing Sessions
Play based sessions designed to help children feel understood, regulated, and supported.
Through small-group or 1:1 sessions with our Play Practitioner, children are given a safe, nurturing space to explore feelings, develop emotional regulation, and build confidence.
These sessions go beyond simple play, they are carefully structured to support relational understanding, co-regulation, and emotional growth. With every activity, children have the opportunity to express themselves, process experiences, and strengthen their sense of wellbeing.
-

Whole Class Workshops
Creative, Age-Appropriate Workshops – Engaging, practical, and fun
Our workshops help pupils build emotional literacy and resilience through movement, storytelling, creative exploration, and discussion.
Children learn how their brains and bodies respond to emotions and discover simple, effective tools to regulate, calm, and refocus themselves. Each session is inclusive, practical, and designed to leave pupils feeling safer, more connected, and ready to learn.
Sessions and themes bespoke to the schools wants and needs.
-

Staff Training
Practical tools for real-world impact
Our training equips adults across education, care, and community settings to support all children, especially those experiencing anxiety, dysregulation, or behaviour that challenges.
Grounded in trauma-informed practice and relational neuroscience, we reframe behaviour as communication and promote calm, confident responses. Adults leave with practical strategies to create emotionally safe, inclusive environments where children and staff alike can thrive.
-

Classroom Coaching
Real support for teachers
This six-week programme offers personalised support for real classroom challenges. Through observation, reflection, and collaboration, we help teachers and teaching assistants build practical strategies that work for their class, context, and wellbeing.
No judgement, just partnership and practical solutions that make a genuine difference for teachers and pupils alike in their specific classrooms.
-

Parent & Carer Workshops
Helping parents feel connected
These warm, no judgement, practical sessions help parents understand their child’s behaviour through co‑regulation, relational safety, and developmentally supportive approaches.
Following this awareness, we share simple tools to calm big feelings, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen connection and personal wellbeing leaving families feeling more confident, supported, and empowered.
